Hi, yes to remove the door panel, first remove the window crank or window switch. Then remove the arm rest screws. Next, with a flate blade screw driver pop the lower push snaps at the bottom of the door panel. Once all of the push snaps are undone lift up on the panel, it will release from the top of the door frame, check this page it shows step by step.
