1997 Toyota Pickup front end shaking

my truck recently has started shaking. i have had a front end alignement and the tires balanced. the shaking seems to be coming from the front end. the steering will shakes and it usually starts at about 60 or 65 and tapers off at 70 mph. then when i slow down it does it again.

You need to check the balancing of the wheels, they have run out again, maybe the weights have dropped off.
