Do a compression leak down test, this way you will hear air come out of the exhaust, or bubles in the radiator, remove spark plugs, buy an air hose adapter for the leak down test, put the cylinder to be tested at TDC, attach thread air hose adapter into plug hole, attach air hose and check for leakage...or buy a radiator block test kit, they cost about 50.00 dollars US, this will check for hydro carbons in your antifreeze. Have you checked the cooling fan? Thermostat? Antifreeze level and strength? Excessive smoke from tailpipe?
