1996 Toyota Pickup Stalls at idle

My Toyota Tacoma 4x4 2.7L four cylinder fuel injected, stumbles bad from idle once the engine is warmed up, and I try to take off from a stop sign. The engine will either stall or almost stall as it sputters. Have run a bunch of injector cleaner thru it, as the gas is not the best here in Guyana.

Is the MAF sensor going bad, am thinking about trying to clean it.
