I am having the same issue. It wasnot bad at first...it would idle at times but at other times die out. I found that if I gave it gas when starting it would be fine...then just hold the gas on to about 1500 rpm and it would be fine. Now all I can get it to do is start, it runs for 5-10 seconds and then dies. If I give it more gas it sputters and backfires a bit.

I know the engine is not shot....it was running great a few minutes before it wont run for prolonged periods of time.....

Could this bemy O2 sensor?

PLEASE HELP
