1995 Toyota Pickup HELP!

I have a 1995 toyota truck,i have had the radiator checked,new therm,radiator cap,and it keeps losing coolant but does not get hot.It seems when the coolant gets so low it it stays at that level,but blows cold air out of the heater(till i fill it back up).When i drive 10 to 15 miles and shut it off i can hear it bubbling are belching,CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE?

Hi there,
check foe a faulty thermostat check if you have circulation in the radiator when hot, start there.
