1995 Toyota Pickup heater doesn't heat

The heater fan operates and blows air but it is not heated at all.

What is the most likely cause and part replacement needed?

For a start-check the coolant level, inspect the thermostat. Start the truck get it up to operating temperature-feel both heater hoses should be the same temperature if not check for clogged hose and heater core. Also inspect the heater control valve.
