1994 Toyota Pickup tinning chain/power steering

1994 toyota pick up,how do i now when to replace timimng chain 87000 miles on it now.I hear ticking ,not all the time comes and goes.

Power steering fluid leaks out of the top of power steering pump when you turn the steering wheel.

Is there a web site for parts and drawings for toyota pickups
