Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Toyota Pickup 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual
----------------------------------------------------------------
The truck will not start. It makes a clicking sound when the ignition is turned over. Battery is fine. A previous recommendation to someone else with the same problem was to spray the throttle body with carb spray. Where is the throttle body located?

Hi 94toyo,

When you hear a clicking noise only, it has nothing to do with the throttle body.

Either the starter, its wiring circuit or battery is bad. Did you test the battery voltage? Does jumping with another battery cranks the engine?

It was the starter.
