what will cause engine not to start? engine turn over, fuel pump is working, throttle position relay is good, will cold start injector cause truck not to start?

Hi there, check the cold start injector as they do tend to get gummed up. check fuel pressure and injection pulse, check for voltage at the cold start injector.
