Engine Performance problem

cylinder #2 doesn't seem to be working, as the engine runs the same when the spark plug wire is connected or disconnected. I pulled the spark plug and cranked the engine and the plug does spark. It just happened yesterday as i was driving down the road. I replaced the spark plugs and wires, the rotor and distributor cap which did not help. Seems like it could be a fuel issue. Could an injector have gotten clogged? Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
