The emergency brake dashboard warning light will not go out when the emergency brake is disengaged. I'm not feeling any drag so I'm sure the brake is completely disengaged but the light stays on. Could this be a major problem or something that I, myself, can fix? And if the latter....how?

HI there,

I think that this may be the low brake fluid warning light as well, check this first.

Hi there, well it may be a faulty switch at the hand brake lever, you will have to test this with a multi meter next.
