My son was driving the truck and attempted to put on the brakes and the brake peddle just went to the floor and he had no brakes. He pulled over at the bottom of our driveway and that is where the truck sits now. I would like to know if the fix is classified as simple or complicated for me to know if I should attempt to repair it myself.
Thanks,

Hi there,

it sounds as if there is a total loss of hydraulic pressure, if you have never worked on automotive braking system before, i feel that it will be a job for your mechanic. You can check the brake fluid, if it is empty, check at each wheel for a leak, and also around the master cylinder, This may be leaking into the brake booster so you may not see a great deal of fluid.
