I have replaced water pump and Thermastat. There is no leak, it is always full of water. When I drive for about 25 mins it heats up almost to the red but never gets in the red. The side tank of water is always boiling when I shut it off. I don't know what else to do.

Hi there,
Have the viscus coupling tested, get the radiator cleaned & flow tested, make sure there is no restriction through the A/C condenser as this will cause over hearting if you cant get sufficient air flow through the radiator.

Id have the radiator and whole cooling system flushed.
Make sure the cooling fans are turning on and the fan shroud is not cracked either.
