1990 Toyota Pickup Taking to long to start.

I have to turn my engine over 3 or 4 times for it to starrt. Doesnt matter if it is hot or cold. I had the fuel pump checked and got a new fuel filter.But nothing seems to help. Any ideas of what it could be?

Your probable causes here could be one of the following ignition switch,EFI relay, circuit opening relay and the airflow meter
