1990 Toyota Pickup Not blowing very hard

I have a 1990 toyota truck, the air condition is blowing cold its just not blowing very hard.
I have just replaced the blower motor. It works on all speeds. Its very low air flow coming from the vents.

Check for disconnected ducts underdash and clogged evaporator fins.
