1988 Toyota Pickup need power to the fuel pump plug

i had to change the gas tank and now with the new tank installed i have no power to the fuel pump plug at the tank i checked the fuses and the relay under the hood what am i missing

Find the check connector and jumper the Fp to Batt terminal on it and try to start it-let me know
