Engine has just been rebuilt, New rings, New Head, New Timing chain, all new Gaskets, New Timing plate cover, etc. Engine blows oil into the caburator from the Valve cover. What can it be?"

Hi there,

This is a crank case over pressure problem, You better get a leak down test done on the cylinders to make sure there is not a ring issue to start with.
