My truck runs pretty good from 1/2 - 3/4 throttle, but when you give it full throttle it cuts out and stumbles.

Hi,
Does the vehicle run normally when you are below 1/2 throttle? Also, what you are describing could be a weak fuel pump or a dirty fuel filter. If the fuel that is needed is restricted, you will notice it most of all under a heavy load.
When it cuts out, does it backfire or anything other than that is out of the ordinary?
