sorry for delayed response. manifold pressure is about14 to 16 psi fluctuating slowly. found valve cover gasket leak and repaired. helped greatly but still having same problems with excessive fuel in the prim. venturi

Try adjusting the A/F mixture screw don't work time to rebuld it
