When I turn on my headlights they are not as bright as they should be. When I push on the accelerator, the headlights get brighter. I replaced the battery with a brand new battery but headlights react in the same manor. What is causing this headlight variation in brightness.

Hi, did you have the charging system checked? The alternator output is usually dependant on engine rpms.
