1986 Toyota Pickup hazzard lights

i bought this 1986 toyota pu used and everything worked but the hazzard lights and radio someone had wired a secondary push button horn but it had a hot wire straight from the battery to the horn and when you turned the hazzards on no flashing but horn blowed i removed the hot wire now now flashing no horn no radio any ideas
