My truck hasnt been ran in about three years. I went to fire it but before I went to add water and it poored out as fast is it went in right behind the back of the oil pan where the block connects to the transmition. The block is refurbished and has only been drivin 2 since then what could the problem be?

You have a leaky freeze plug on back of the engine -to fix it you have to drop the transmission.
