1982 Toyota Pickup Need Engine Help

I have an old Toyota I bought it from a friend when I start the car in neutral it idles very high my friend said they had put a new engine in it so I don’t know how to slow the idle down? please help thanks

Check and set the fast idle cam adjustment then adjust the curb idle screw. Is the igniton timing set correctly
