Engine Performance problem
1993 Toyota Paseo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

after replacing clutch, pressure plate,throw out bearing, timing belt, front drive axles, oil, coolant and filters. car developed an erratic reving problem upon starting. It will rev up and down repeatedly and then slow to a below normal RPM. This car had air conditioning which was eliminated (Removal of air conditioning pump with the use of a shorter drive belt)The vehicle shows no repair codes and I have no idea what it could be??? Any ideas!!!

Check the idle air control valve, EGR valve,airflow meter, and throttle position sensor-also check fuel pressure
