I have a 95 Toyota Camrey, with 200,000 miles on it. I received a letter from the South Coast air quality management district because someone had reported "excessive" smoke coming from my vehicle. The only time I have seen smoke is in the morning when it is cold and i first start my car, or I saw it for the first time yesterday after I had just started my car, but nothing after that. I change my oil every 3000 miles and just passed the smog. Please help! Any suggestions?

The smoke in the AM is just condensation its a different story if its about 20mins of driving and you see all that mosquito chaser behind you. Now their legit.
