My aftermarket chrome valve stem caps are stuck to the valve stems making it hard to remove the caps to check the tire pressure without destroying the valve stems. Is there a product I can use to losen the caps? Thanks in advance for your response.

Contact the manufacturer or installer first to avoid any warranty issue.

I would wrap a thin piece of rubber, like a tire tube for example, around the valve stem and cap. Then use pliers or similiar to try to twist it off..
