2006 Other Toyota Models Battery Installation Problem

I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Since we purchased the vehicle we have added a viper alarm. Now, our battery is dead and when we try and connect the new battery the alarm continually goes off. How do we disconnect the alarm to get the battery connected?

Hi there,

your instruction manual will show this procedure, if you don't have them i would contact the installer and ask them as these after market systems can vary i won't try and advise on how other systems do it as it may be incorrect for yours.
