2005 Other Toyota Models won't start

I am having trouble starting my tacoma truck. It just makes a clicking sound and I have to get it jumped. I had the battery tested and it was ok, but they did say it was the original one and it was probably time to get a new one, if not what else could it be?

If the battery is ok (have a load test done) check the starter relay and the starter motor, check all earth and power connections are tight and clean.
