I have a Toyota Premio. it is of 1500 CC. Trans- Auto. My question is- should i always select the O/D of while driving to allow the transmission to control engagement of the overdrive or should i manually operate it like turn it off while below 70Kmph and turn on while above 80 Kmph? please let me know your feedback regarding this.

HI there,

It is best to keep the over drive off while driving around the city or heavy traffic, use it on fast moving freeways or open roads.
