Hello-Our pooch chewed the back passenger side
seatbelt in half. Mechanic has quoted us $200+++
to replace it. Is there a way we can just replace the nylon webbed belt itself, instead of the whole thing?

Hi wallya,

This is a safety issue so do not try anything that might be penny wise and pound foolish.

Go to the scrap yard and see if you can get one that is compatible. Should be much cheaper.
