1999 Other Toyota Models windsheild wiper motor

I have a 1999 Toyota Solara. The windshield wipers stopped working. The motor still makes noise and when given a push they will cycle thru. I am not able to locate the wiper motor. Can you tell me were it is located and If this is not a bad motor what else could it be.

The window wiper regulator has failed, this is a very tricky thing to remove best contact your mechanic for this one.
