I'm not sure what the part is to ask the right question. Behind the front left brake is where the sheered-off part is. It is connected with two bolts to the lower arm and a center pivot joint to the steering arm. How do you remove the ball joint on the steering arm (connected via a threaded arm) that goes into the boot?

I think your talking about a outer tie rod end that is broken. You have the bolt off but you cant get it out of the spindle, am I right so far? Get a big hammer and hit the part that it goes into, thios will shock it and it will pop out.
