1995 Other Toyota Models Changing Issue of Transmission

I have a 1995 Toyota SR5 Truck, 4x4, Auto, V6. It will not change into Over Drive (OD) until the truck has gotten hot, or I'm thinking the transmission is hot. It is getting worse, it doesn't want to change in OD now, even after it is hot. Can you advise?

Hi Biggdawg,

Check the OD solenoid. Quite often this solenoid sticks and would not be able to shift to OD.
