Engine Cooling problem

hi have a 93 toyota trueno/levin with a 1600cc 4afe.had new headgasket, head plane,new thermostat, water pump checked and in perfect condition yet car still overheats after 30 ks of driving. Water gets hot in top pipe, etc . even overheated with no thermostat, and new headgasket etc.put ur foot down hard and you can hear water going directly out of radiator into the overflow bottle. Pulled the overflow pipe out and reved engine and was amazed to see water coming out in a steady stream.head isnt cracked, no oil in water etc.Wats wrong with my car?? dodgey radiator,radiator cap??[img:b9aa31fa54]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/218257_SP_A0439_1.jpg[/img:b9aa31fa54]
