1992 Other Toyota Models Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 99000 miles

Hi,i have Toyota Townace Liteace 1992 1975cc Td automatic.
car vibrate in drive. when stop in drive car vibrate.in natural and park position no vibration.in drive if i idle switch is on no vibration idle switch of vibration start.All gear work fine drive fine but feel slitely havy .please help me.can i change or fix myself thanks lot.
