1989 Other Toyota Models Car heats up when air condition is

When ever i switch on the a/c, after few minutes the car starts to heat up and gets red hot. so i need to switch it on and off after few minutes to keep the heat down. how do i solve this problem

1. Check coolant level
2. check belts
3. check radiator and condenser make sure air flow OK
4. check fan clutch and fan blades
5. check fuses and coolant fan relay
6. check coolant fan operation
7. check AC for high pressure
