1988 Other Toyota Models how to stop the sputtering

I recently rebluit my 22rec engine. About amonth afterwards my truck started to sputter though all the gears. i have checked the cap, rotor, plugs wires,and changed the fuel filter.?

Check the fuel pressure/airflow meter and throttle position sensor. Also the ignition timing
