1982 Other Toyota Models Vave clearance adjustment

I have a 20R cam in a 22R head....since the valve lengths & adjustments between a 20R & a 22R are different..what should or can be the valve clearance adjustment to make this engine work properly ?? Thank you for any help you can give me.........

Try gapping it Hot the intake on .008 and exhaust .012
