1978 Other Toyota Models ignition

I pulled my negative terminal off while the engine was running to see if would stay running...there was an arc and now the engine wont start and there is now spark. i replaced the coil but still no spark. Any Ideas?

By disconnecting the cable -you probably blew a fusible link
