I have a 1993 Toyota MR2 Non turbo. I bought a new starter because the other starter was burt out or somthing. But now my engine will not even turn over, all hook ups are properly hooked up as well. Any idea?

Did you meant it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank at all/nothing??

Ya it wont turn over nothing. And I have power to the restof the car

Inspect and test the clutch switch, starter relay and ignition switch
