2003 Toyota Matrix Engine vibrates on Idle

When idling / engine warm / for no reason rpm drops to app 700 rpm and below and goes back to 900 rpm and it does again . It happens randomly , and causing engine to vibrate specially when stopped on red light .

Do you have a check engine light and also when was the last tune-up?

Do this -Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valves and test the throttle position sensor and airflow meter/MAF- let me know
