2003 Toyota Matrix Engine vibrates on Idle

When idling / engine warm / for no reason rpm drops to app 700 rpm and below and goes back to 900 rpm and it does again. It happens randomly, and causing engine to vibrate specially when stopped on red light.

Do you have a check engine light and also when was the last tune-up?

Do this -Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valves and test the throttle position sensor and airflow meter/MAF- let me know
