2000 Toyota Landcruiser Why does this light appear?

2000 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER
132,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

This is my third Landcriser to own. When I get around 130,00 miles on them-check engine light comes on. What is causing this to happen in all 3 vehicles. Mine are well maintained. All work done at Toyota, including oil changes. Help please.

Hi there ,

Get the scan done a nd see what the code is, start here, there is no pre programed fault, the only programed light is the Diesel timing belt warning light.
