1991 Toyota Landcruiser tune up

I was doing a tune up and I changed spark plugs and wires. One wire broke coming off and I mixed up my wires. I have the firing order and think I have the wires right but they still appear to be crossed. When I start the truck its rough and popping, what else do I need to do?
