When I apply the brakes I fill a vibration in the front end. The vibration increases at higher speeds. All the pad have less then 15000 miles. The front disc run true and not warped. The brake stop fine.

I dont know, it could be a crack in your pads, heat will do crazy things, warped rotors or even loose calipers, or calipers that are binding// sticking.

I took my 2002 highlander in to fix the brakes. The mechanic told me the problem was warped disc cause by overheating. Appearently the pads I put on where the wrong compound, making the disc really heat- up and warping the disc. My mechanic put in Toyota pads and a shim kit. The problem is now fixed.
