Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Toyota Highlander 6 cyl Automatic 120000 miles

My car needed 3 quarts of oil before I went on a 8oo mile trip. It was filled up, but on the way back it totally ran out of oil on the interstate and stopped. There is no sign of oil leakage anywhere that we can see. Where can it be going and what will this do to the engine?

It also starts shaking between 70 and 77 mph, but stops after you pass that speed. Is this a tire issue?
