1978 Toyota Crown 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi, my problem is, am lossing electric power when i turn on the headlamp and signaling or wipper or on all together or even alltogether are off, i notice everytime i buzz the horn sometimes i dont hear. please help me
