have replace head gasket,upper,lower hoses new thermostat,new cap,water pump,clutch fan, belts,and checked elec,fans they work,when you go over 60 miles an hour, it over heats stay under 60 it is fine, and water moves good in radiator.

Was the head gasket installed correctly, not backwards or upside down, some cars you can do this and it will fit but the car will overheat and you will drive yourself crazy trying to figure out why. Make sure your radiator is completely clean with no scale deposits. If you have ever used stop leak or anything similar then the radiator is most likely clogged.
