1991 Toyota Cressida 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My toyota cressida starts ok and idles ok but lacks power when driving cold but performs perfectly ok when at normal operating temperature.What is the likely cause?

Check and test the airflow meter and throttle position sensor
